All items can be shipped by APC next day delivery or where items are under 2kg they can be shipped via Royal Mail. Alternatively you're welcome to collect.
SHIPPING PRICE DISPLAYED IS TO THE UK MAINLAND ONLY. The following postcodes are subject to a surcharge: PA, PH, AB - £6.50 surcharge, IV, KW - £8.50 surcharge. Northern Ireland - £6.50 surcharge. Please note this only applies to items sent by APC courier (heavy items) not via Royal Mail.

When buying goods and services on the Internet, you, the consumer are entering a legally binding contract. The following Terms and Conditions are set in accordance with UK Trading Standards, the UK law being the applicable law. Please take the time to read the following information, ideally, printing out a copy for quick reference. We are required to inform you that all sales transactions on this web-site are governed by English law and you must agree to submit any dispute to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions and no amendments will be accepted by us. These terms and conditions do not affect your legal rights.

The terms 'we', 'our' and 'us' in this document refers to 'Penguin Drums'.

We accept Paypal, cheques, postal orders or cash on collection for all the items shown. We do not accept debit or credit cards yet. If your Paypal address is unconfirmed there may be a clearing time on payments which can take up to 7 days - please make sure it is confirmed before you pay, which will speed up the transaction greatly.

All offers and products are subject to availability. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will not process your payment and reserve our right as a retailer not to accept your offer to buy the goods. If this is the case, then we will inform you accordingly as soon as we can and any payment that have been made will be refunded.

Returns
As all items on this site are second hand, they are not covered by any manufacturers warranty unless stated. We do not offer any extra warranty for any items, and as such no item can be returned once 7 days have elapsed from the delivery date. However, it's extremely rare that anything goes wrong with drums and related equipment that isn't a result of excessive force or accidents, so don't worry. If a product is faulty or damaged on arrival, you must contact us by e-mail or phone within 24 hours, and we will try and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order at anytime either before or up to 7 days after delivery of your product. You must inform us about your cancellation in writing by email to the address shown on the top of the main banner.

Returns are accepted via post/courier. You must provide proof of purchase which should be your original receipt. Your product must be in a complete condition and should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. Carriage is not refunded.

We will not cancel your purchase when:

a.) You return your product without proof of purchase. b.) The goods were a special \ custom order to your exacting requirements. c.) The product you return is not the one we sold you.

As a consumer, your statutory rights mean that you have the right to pursue a problem with faulty goods with us (the retailer). THIS RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
